-A car 'broke down' on the road outside of town and was covered by a mudslide weeks ago.
-Car was uncovered by heavy rain. Blood coated the exterior. Human remains were scattered through the area.
-The power went out in town. A group of workers headed back. They were being watched.
-They managed to restore the power.
